6 days ago I got my wisdom teeth removed.?
I got my wisdom teeth removed last Monday(6 days ago). Everything went fine. I got 2 stitches in each(bottoms) and my wisdom teeth were very bent on the bottoms and they had trouble getting them out at first. Well I was eating a lot and forcing myself to the second day after. I ate soft foods but some that required a lot of chewing. Since yesterday I have been experiencing a lot of pain. The pain is like a stinging and runs up my jaw into my face and its only when I eat now. Sugar makes it worse. My gums don't look infected.. No bad taste and they seem perfectly fine. I am back on liquids again. Is it not suppose to get better as the days go by? I am on a high dose of ibp and amoxicillian(to avoid infection). I rinse my mouth a lot. I use salt water and nom alcohol mouth wash. The pains bad mostly because I get aching that runs through all my teeth. I see my dentist this wednesday but should I see if I can get in sooner? I am debating on not eating at all now cause it gets bad. Even broth causes me pain too. According to my ibp prescription today should be my last day taking them but I am in too much pain to stop taking them.
Added: there is no blood or discharge. Right bottom has a hole still

I just had all 4 of mine taken out. For the 1st day they said soft foods and absolutely nothing like crackers or things that would potentially get lodged in your socket where your tooth was. NO straws, no hot tea or hot coffee, no spitting. nothing that makes suction. 2nd day i had broth soup, and i ate cream of wheat. I drank seltzer water. 4th day tried coke and it hurt a little. keep up with the salt and special mouthwash. but you need to be VERY careful about what you are eating, eating healthy is so important right now , you have an open would in your mouth trying to clot in a place that is constantly being rubbed. if u get a leg wound would u constantly rub it or let foreign objects in.It could be irritating a nerve. By day 6 you should NOT be feeling like this. You could have dry socket, which suffice to say is BAD..if u cant go to ur dentist early at least call DEFINITELY

Oh ya - lots of pain with this one... just bear with it. When they pull teeth, they rip big holes in your jawbone... that's how it works. So it's going to be painful in any case. Imagine having a big chunk of bone shot out of your leg!
Over the process of recovery, you have to grow new jawbone... so eat what you can. If you can't eat, that's OK too. You won't starve.
