what setting to use on the kodak printer?

I printed out a dvd template for a 14mm dvd case and part of the dvd template was cut off..

So what do i set the printing size on the printer in or to print out the whole 14mm dvd template

The 14mm templates is (W 10.75" x H 7.25") in inches

    Set the printer paper settings to 8.5" x 11"

    Change from portrait to landscape
