Do my daily eating habits seem healthy?
I'm a teenage female, 5'9" and 160lbs. I currently do 2-4 hours of physical activity 5 days a week and for the past two months, I've changed my eating habits a lot by cutting out soda and sugary cereals, white bread, etc. So far I've lost nearly ten pounds so I just wanted to hear so opinions about this.
Breakfast at 7:00 AM: Hard boiled egg and a slice of bacon/apple and 1 tbs peanut butter
Lunch at 12:30 AM: Extra lean sliced turkey on whole wheat sandwich thin with natural applesauce and water
After school Meal anytime between 3:45 PM and 5:45 PM: Two steamed carrots/plain baked potato/peas
Dinner at 8 PM: This always varies, but never anything deep fried or high in sodium or fat, and always with a side of some kind of vegetable.
As for drinks, I always drink water or hot tea throughout the day and have completely cut out fruit juices and sodas. I usually do not snack unless it's the weekend, where I just limit myself to fruits or cheerios if I get hungry between meals.

Not too shabby, the only thing I see is that you need some protein in you after school meal. Steamed carrots and veggies are good but have some grilled shrimp or chicken with it, even beans will do.

I have been trying to lose weight for years. I think you are on the right plan. I am just now cutting out sodas, juice and sugary drinks.
Keep up the good work. Don't forget to indulge yourself like once a month. That won't kill you.
