It does not show who voted, the 74 have all received a point once the time is up the answer with the majority of votes wins BA a lot of answers could take awhile until one answer gets 50+% :)

Doesn't mean much these days.
A lot of people vote for answers randomly just for the points.
I know, as that's what I did with my first Y! account.
