I work at a job in superstore for a while, I am wondering if I get some sort of separation pay if I quit?

    NO, why would you get a reward for quitting, I am very curious as to why you would even think this is a possibility....

    I guess it is possible (highly unlikely but possible) that you have a contract that includes a payment if you quit meeting certain criteria.

    so

    IF you had such a contract,

    and

    IF you met the required criteria,

    it is possible to receive a payment (of some kind) for quitting.....

    it is possible that if you were recognized as a bad enough employee the employer would pay you to quit........ NOT a recognition to aspire to.

    The only separation pay you will get is the pay for the last hours worked.

    Separation pay is generally used when companies lay off people and give them a few weeks of pay.

    Quitting does not get anyone - anywhere - separation pay.

    You will get paid for what you worked - that's all.
