Did she have feelings before? Cheating?

Me and my gf broke up and 12 days after that she went out with another boy.

We were going out for a year and her current relationship is 8 months so don't go telling me "your just kids". We're both 16, almost 17 btw.

So what do you think? Did she like him whilst we were going out? I know they were friends before.
