How do you bribe a Russian spy these days?

Before you could give him a sandwich or offer him property in the USA or citizenship. But now? What do you do? I imagine Russian spy's ans govt workers are pretty well fed & own property.

    You are believing too much Propaganda from the cold war. Most of which was exaggerated or completely false.

    No spy anywhere in the world was bribed with a sandwich.

    All spies, both theirs and ours are promised citizenship and a home if the spy is found out and has to flee.

    You use the same thing that has always been used. (Ideology) You find someone disillusioned with their government and make them feel like they are doing good by bringing their government down.
