I make my own music & I'm gonna start putting it up on youtube so for my account can I put me then VEVO coz it's not a fake account but only pros have VEVO so????!!

Yes, it would. VEVO does not represent your music.. and probably doesn't want to be affiliated with it. Besides, you'd look unprofessional if you did. Just put the title and your name or artist name like so.
"Song Title - Artist Name"
Add the album if you have it too. Just remain consistent, consider making album art or having someone make you something. Make sure the quality of the art is good, and the quality of the music uploaded is good. Look at examples on youtube, mimic, don't copy what they do.
Don't overload your tags and provide links in the description if possible. Use proper spelling and grammar (PLEASE).
