Why can't I get warm?

This happens every winter - I live in North Carolina, so it's not like it's freezing cold. It's been in the 50s or 60s the past few weeks and once again, I've been getting so cold I'm almost in tears at times. I have a space heater, a heating pad, and 3 or more layers on half the time and I'm still so cold I get a headache and can't move. It's really depressing. I've had my thyroid tested multiple times and they've said it's normal. . I also can't gain weight. Any idea what's going on? Thanks so much...

It is not possible to reach a conclusive diagnosis of your low BMR problem, without lab tests (thyroid, anemia etc).

    Consult your health provider.
