1. Open up the My Documents folder.
2. Hold down Ctrl and press A to select all.
3. Press the delete key then say Yes you want to delete them all.
4. Open up My Computer.
5. Open up C:\
6. Look for a file called Temp and open it up. This folder could reside inside C:\Windows too so if you don't see it open the Windows folder, if you do see it still check in the Windows folder.
7. Do the Ctrl A and delete thing again.
8. Empty your Recycle Bin
9. Not sure if it works on 95, but open up a DOS prompt (you'll have to find that one but I think it's under Accessories > System Tools).
10. Type cypher /w:c:\ and hit enter.
If it's a computer that old, odds are there's really nothing currently pertinent on it, but you can download software that runs from a CD to wipe the entire hard drive clean. You can look into KillDisk and similar software.
If you have an old speaker, a sizeable magnet can and will wipe a hard disk clean too. Just put the magnet on the hard drive and let it sit overnight and it does the trick.
Finally, just pull the hard drive out of it and beat it with a hammer. Seriously it may sound dumb, but if you crack the housing then the platters can be rescued, but it costs around $40,000 to do it so nobody really cares unless you've got bajillions of dolloars worth of top secrect into on it. Since you're asking this on here I'm assumimng you don't though LoL.

You would just delete everything inside your user folder, as well as your program files.
However, since you seem concerned about the content, simply remove the drive and smash it with a hammer.
