Why can't we just sign up for Obamacare through the NSA?

No, but what you would have to do is email or phone someone in one of the terrorist watch countries that you needed health insurance, give them your SSN, and all your financial information and whether or not you smoked, and tell them what you wanted to pay. Then the NSA could pick your policy for you, but since they don't talk back, you'd never know who it was through and you wouldn't be able to use it.

Because there is no "Obamacare" to sign up for.. "Obamacare" is not a product. But, if it were, that would probably be the fastest way to sign up with an insurance company..
