Katy Perry Prism Album -- Is this appropriate for an 11 yr old?

I don't want to open packaging and listen for myself.

The house next door to me sold. New owners are in their late 60's to 70's

They have an adopted 11 yr. old girl -- who is very with-drawn, shy and quiet

They are very friendly, very religious..

I hired the girl to " pet sit ", 3 cats and a full-size Doberman, for 9 days -- (she did awesome)

Her first " job ".

We now "talk" outside and I can tell she is VERY, VERY bored. We talked about music

She used to like Miley - doesn't now, likes One Direction and I mentioned, Katy Perry.

She said, " Yeahhhhh "

So, I bought

But, now I worry her " parents " won't think appropriate.

I don't want to over-step boundaries --- they only moved in 4 months ago

I thought I would give this CD to her on her Dec. birthday

I need someone to help me out here. I listen to Katy, on the radio --- I don't see anything wrong but, maybe someone else out there knows about all the tracts on this album

Thank You for taking the time to read my novel

theres nothing wrong with the album, my 14 y/o sister bought it too, it doesnt have much offensive language, but i would recommentd you talking with her "parents" first before giving it to her :)

but im pretty sure they will say its okay.

    I don't think you should.

Religious parents of an 11 year old wouldn't like that.

    I know for sure.

But if you feel confident the parents wont bi t ch at you about it,

    then go for it.

Sometimes. I just dont get it. I listened to all the songs on Spotify. Their are some songs that have religious titles. But really, I think all the songs aren't really that inappropraite and theirs no cussing either.
