Depending on which version of iTunes you have, you want to click on the black and grey box on the top left corner of iTunes, and click add file to library.
Install iTunes if you haven't already.
Add the files to iTunes, connect your iPod to iTunes and sync.
I don't know what Camila is on as you said absolutely NOTHING about wii.
