Hi, what are the laws or are they ruled on restraining orders?

Okay some of my issues is that I am investigating for a friend because she has a restraining order against a family member who abuses her daughter along with I really would like to know for I also would like to know what would be the effects and what would happen ( basically effects) though yes please help me out I would love it if I could receive it

    I'm not sure what you are trying ask.

    But restraining orders are to keep others away from you. There has to be proof of threat or harassment in order to get one.
