What do you need to pass an expection in Texas?

Any specific items as well such as lisence insurance title etc? Thanks (:

    I believe you mean 'inspection'. The Texas DPS site below gives you the criteria for the safety inspections. It differs by county, in that some counties don't require emissions testing and some do. The site explains it all.

    I've never heard of passing an expection. Please explain what an expection is.
