How to clean a western saddle pad stain?

Ok, this is a never before used western felt saddle pad that is black and white (zebra print). Its never been on a horse so the bottom part is perfectly clean. Its the top pretty side that I'm trying to take care of. My saddle is an old saddle so when it rubbed on this certain part it left a sort of a stain as an ugly reddish brown that I really need to get rid of. Its called a zebra built-up cut back pad by Mustang according to the tag I haven't taken off yet. I need it to look clean and pretty so I can maybe sell it because its extra built in stuff doesn't allow it to fit my special saddle very well on any horse (makes it to narrow). Any advise is appreciated. Thanks.

You can try to use Oxy clean or Wisk brand detergent or mild dish soap and just use a high pressure blast on it and it should come out. It works for me when the saddle pads get dirty!

Maybe put it in the wash? If not, try Oxy stain removal, or a popular brand of stain removal items:)
