Image burn error while trying to burn a DVD?

What does this error mean? Does it mean that the dvd is faulty? Can someone with experience please decipher it? 10 points to the BEST answer!

Update:

The iso is a backup for one of my games and passed abgx360. I burn at 2.4x burn speed. So its one of the lowest speeds. Im using memorex DL 8.5gb dvd's. I've never had this issue before and have done several backups. I cant figure out whats causing this...???

more than likely the .iso file you are trying to burn is corrupted...set your burn speed to no more than 4x and try one more time if the same error occurs it is the file itself. Try looking on the web for a new file.
