How did Republicans change the vote counting rules while counting votes?

and why else besides to cheat

    During the 2012 Republican Convention the day of the floor vote they changed the rules to eliminate those delegates who were tied to Ron Paul from voting by making the votes for every state "Winner Take All" from allowing the delegates to vote for the candidate who won their district.

    And there was only one reason that could have been changed, to block the delegates pledged to Ron Paul.

    By cheating.

    And by buying up vote counting machines. Mitt Romney's son and wife and brother bought up the vote counting machines in Ohio.

    Thank God they were exposed before the election took place.

    And yet it was Democrats show actually pushed a Supreme Court case saying that voting rules should be changed during recounts of a presidential election..

    Ooops.
