    How else?

    By cheating.

  • During the 2012 Republican Convention the day of the floor vote they changed the rules to eliminate those delegates who were tied to Ron Paul from voting by making the votes for every state "Winner Take All" from allowing the delegates to vote for the candidate who won their district.

And there was only one reason that could have been changed, to block the delegates pledged to Ron Paul.

And yet in the real world it was Democrats who pushed a case all the way to the supreme court saying they should be allowed to change voting rules during a vote recount..
