Looking for a reputable person/company to buy out a Real Estate contract?
I am selling my home in the Albuquerque area through a Real Estate contract. However, I need the money sooner than the length of the contract so I would like to sell the balance of the contract (understanding that I will, unfortunately, lose some money). Do you know of any companies who might be able to help me? I know these companies exist, but I've had a tough time finding one online.

I don't think anyone exists who would do this, maybe a hard money lender but its a real tough sell. The obvious problem is, suppose the existing contract didn't go through. You are still the owner (not gonna sell your house to someone and then have them resell it under the current contract - this is way to expensive) so if the existing contract failed they'd want to back out of whatever deal they'd made with you but the money will already be gone. It just isn't going to happen, not for any reasonable amount of money.
