I am selling my home in the Albuquerque area through a Real Estate contract. However, I need the money sooner than the length of the contract so I would like to sell the balance of the contract (understanding that I will, unfortunately, lose some money). Do you know of any companies who might be able to help me? I know these companies exist, but I've had a tough time finding one online.

A few minutes ago I clicked on "Hide ticker" because I stupidly just wanted to see how it would change the screen. Now, I want the ticker to show again, but I cannot find anything to restore it? Can someone please tell me how? Thanks

I'm new to the state, and I need to get a new Power of Attorney, Living Will, and Will drawn up. Basic stuff, though. Has anybody used the Walk-In Wills locations in Albuquerque, would they be adequate for my needs? I can't get anyone to recommend a lawyer to do this, and I don't want to spend a fortune getting this done.

I always keep my News Feed set to Most Recent. But it doesn't seem to care anymore, it posts things in a pretty random order . I've logged out, logged back in. Switched from Top Stories to Most Recent. Tried all of this several times. Any thoughts? Thanks.

It was issued in 2009 when I lived in NY. I now live in NM, and we will now need to use our passports as travel ID instead of our licences. Will my NY-issued current passport still be valid in NM?

Is there any way for the GPS to recognize my current location (wherever that mighty be), so I can program the unit with a name for that location? Obviously, this is for places that it cannot find for whatever reason, but I eventually find. I checked the manual, but I don't think I saw this feature. Just hopeful....

I have a riend in England with an ntlworld.com email address. I use my AOL email to write to her, but more often than not, she doesn't get the emails a all. Once in a blue moon they go through. Does anybody have any idea what/where the problem may be? Thanks

We are the new owners of three Angora rabbits, 2 does and a buck. We were told they're a year old. they were never bred. Now we're hearing that if a doe doesn't give birth by 6 months of age, her pelvic bones can fuse together. Is this true? Is this something a Vet could determine before we decide whether we'll breed them now?

I have Snapdragon, Petunia, Cornflower and Gazania seeds, which I was thinking of planting in containers outside of our house in NM. We bought good soil. Do I need to put mulch on top too (around where the seeds are), or just keep them adequately watered? Obviously, I'm new to gardening, any suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you

Which of the major chains is best to use for kitchen help - getting new cabinets installed, new appliances...We got a quote from Sears (they came to the house) and were fascinated at how fast they threw numbers at us without measuring or actually listening to what we wanted.

I will be closing on the sale of my apartment, and moving to a new state, where we already have a house lined up to purchase. There is no mortgage involved. If I take the certified check I receive here , and use it to open an acct at a bank in my new state (my bank does not have branches in the new state), can I get a certified check issued immediately, for the closing over there?

I will be purchasing a new home that needs a little work. The sale of my apartment will just cover the purchase price on the new property. If I will need some funds available to spruce up the new place (around $30,000), would I be better off taking out a small mortgage or getting a home improvement loan ? I have good credit.
