whats the difference between Sony HXR-NX70E and Sony HXR-NX70U?

I wonder whats the difference between Sony HXR-NX70E and Sony HXR-NX70U? I am going to buy one of thoose and Sony HXR-NX70U is a little cheaper than Sony HXR-NX70E.

U = US = NTSC.
The one you get should be the same as the video standard used where you live.
