How to start studying again after four months of (no-study) break?
Ok so I haven't read any of my course books for four months. Not that I've stopped reading altogether, I regularly read articles written on various subjects except my course books. Now I'm finding it difficult to return to the particular state of mind needed to study my subject. Some sort of headache starts whenever I try to concentrate on this subject. Unable to decide where to start reading from. Not that I dislike this subject, I like it very much but my brain seems to be complacent.

Take it one step at a time.
If you rush into things, of course you're head will hurt. You aren't used to so much information at this point.
Start slowly. Take frequent breaks, more than usual, and begin with the easier/lighter material so you can ease yourself into a regular studying schedule.
Also, eat lots of protein...idk why though. It just helps.
This has always worked for me after a long summer break, hahah
