    It is INCONSISTENT !

If you multiply both sides f the 1st equation by 3, you'll get: 3x+6y-3z=3. The left side of this new equation is the same as the left side of the 3rd equation. However the right sides are different! Since 3 does not equal 4, the whole thing is inconsistent.
