This OBOMBO plan is not viable .... it was proposed several years back that all citizens of the USA should pay a flat 15% income tax [[ many so-called tax payers are so deduction oriented that they pay NOTHING ]] and if all did pay the 15% then the USA could have socialized medicine .... My belief is that the GOV'T and the insurance companies have and will continue to fight and reject this plan of action ... The law makers are getting health care for life [[ even if they only serve one term -- how fair is that ?? ]] yet, they want to fight to ensure that "" we the people "" continue to get NOTHING and still pay for everything , as well as their life time retirement and health care ............. voters need to clean HOUSE and SENATE and get rid of the IRS and get back to a GOVERNMENT FOR THE PEOPLE...
