What are the chances I could have a heart attack?
Before someone criticizes me for asking a health problem on the internet, I'm going to a doctor today. Also, the reason I ask this, I would trust a few people's answers and the doctors perspective too... I'm 13 and I had other symptoms of a heart attack a few days ago, but now, only my left arm hurts, nothing else. What does it feel like before hand, if any have ever had one and what are the chances I could?

Within the first year, 25.9 percent of heart attack patients died and 50.5 percent were re-hospitalized.Heart attack or heart failure patients may have a high risk of death or re-admission for a month or longer after leaving the hospital.
The standard practice of tracking deaths and readmissions for only 30 days after discharge misses those longer periods of increased risk when people may need special care.
After discharge, people should be vigilant about their health and contact a healthcare professional right away if they feel ill.
