why was my question deleted and why can't I appeal? It won;t let me on the appeal page..?

Someone took offense, real or imagined.

It has happened to me too, and I only answer questions asking for help with understanding Yahoo Mail, not the other categories where it is more opinions being posted, that may be taken the wrong way.

Sorry it happened to you, try to ignore it.

There has been an issue with the appeals form (random, seemingly) for a long time.

You can use this form instead:

Choose:

• Answers

• Appeals

• Appeal deletion of a question (even if it was an answer) or whichever is relevant

• briefly describe ... (e.g. I want to appeal)

• Email a Support Agent

Note: You need to include the exact wording of the Q or A that was deleted. That can be done by copy and pasting the content that was removed from the original violation notice and/or by pasting the link to appeal into the form. .
