I hate my body and my life and I can't take it. HELP PLEASE?

I am 14 years old. I weigh 96 kgs and I am not tall. As a result, my knees and ankles hurt, when I run I sound like I have athsma my inner thighs and arms are really dark and ugly. My legs have ingrown hairs all over them because I have curly hair. Everyday at school I am so insecure because I am afraid my friends will ditch me because I am obese and I dread PE because I never know whether we will be playing games with piggybacking people and stuff and it would just be too embarrassing and I can't take it. Also my parents are so strict. They blocked disney channel for goodness sake! I am supposed to be studying for exams but I have too much on my mind. Oh PLEASE help me! I want to die. I probs will die in a few years of a heart attack or something

    Chill it's okay :)

    Number 1) if your friends are sad enough to ditch you because of incapabilty to do p.e then they're the ones with a problem not you <3

    Secondly) nobody cares about ingrown hairs, I knew my friend for 6 years before I found out about it and I only found out about it because we were talking about shaving burn.

    Third) yeah you probs should be studying but eat dark chocolate before hand (stimulates your brain and low in fat so you won't be gaining much/any) :D

    Fourth) come on youre not going to die. 96kg isn't that bad. It might be benefitial if you do lose a bit thou (no bigy)

    P.s about the Disney channel, try really hard at your exams and hopefully they will be super proud and unblock it :)

  • You won't die of a heart attack in a couple years, your too young. Look I know how your feeling right now, I'm 14, fat and have so many problems and I can tell you just try to stay positive.

    Because if you have positive thoughts, positive energy will be created and will help you solve your problems.

    But if your now suicidal call a hot line and they can help.

    Some things in life we have no control over.

    But we can do something about our weight.

    You are young which is greatAs you get older, being obese will affect your health.

    So now is the time to change your eating habits--&amp;--increase your activity level to lose weight.

    Cut out soda, candy, cookies, sweets.

    You can do it. I lost 65 lbs in high school
