How much should I pay for this fish tank?
It is a 55 gallon tank with a few decorations, a pump, and a hood. Also it comes with a stand which values at $150 when new.

A used tank should be priced at $1/gallon. If you apply that rule to this tank, it's $55 for the tank, the hood is included, the pump is about $10, decorations $10. If you are willing to pay $75 for the stand (which is a decent price), you're gold:)

If its used you could pay around $50 it really depends on what it comes with Brand wise so a good new canister filter that may of only been used a few times with a used tank would bump the price of the tank up a bit more.
