  • What to send to penpal for Christmas?

I have a penpal who lives in Germany and I live in the U.S. We are sending each other items unique to our countries but I cannot think of any unique American Items. I want to avoid foods so Customs doesn't tear apart the package. Also, she came to the U.S. over the summer for a 2 week trip... so no coins and like items. Any ideas?

  • Is my friend too obsessed with me?

So i have a friend and I've known her for 5 years, but lately she has become really annoying. She gets jealous when I don't go out of my way to talk to her. She's upset because I don't consider her my only best friend. I just recently found out she writes down our texts messages. she always wants to be with me but when we talk, she just stares and laughs/smiles and she even stares at me when I'm not even near her (she awkwardly told me). I find it awkward, and I'm trying to break away from her because she seems to obsessed but I cant. What do you think? She thinks it all normal friendship...

  • Terrorist now called Freedom Fighters in School?

An AP Human Geography teacher has now told her students that they are not terrorists. They are freedom fighters fighting for a Holy War, and that they go to Heaven afterward. Is this what our country is turning to?? She also told her students not to say Holocaust, but "ethnic cleansing". What is your thoughts on all this? Do you think America's people are slowly falling apart because of stupids like this?

  • Can Mexico Truly be Compared to Middle-East?

My history teacher stated that the violence in Mexico is equivalent to the fighting in the Middle East, but we just don't hear about it because we are more involved in the Middle East. Do you believe this can be justified, or that it is over-exaggeration?

  • What is wrong with my iTunes syncing?

Whenever I plug my Ipod 4th gen into my computer, I have to go on iTunes to it. However, I'll click sync and the hundreds of apps that I have on the computer (but not on my ipod) will start syncing to the ipod, but the new apps on the ipod that are not on the computer will not sync. So what ends up happening is I get over 10 pages of apps on my ipod that I then have to go through and manually delete. But no matter what, I still can't get new apps synced onto my computer.

  • Telescope for viewing moon/planets?

I'm looking for a telescope that would be good for viewing craters and mountains on the moon. But I also want it to be powerful enough to be able to see Jupiter, Mars, Saturn, etc. I can only go up to $300, so is there anything under that price? Of course, the more detail the better. Is there any way I would be able to see the Great Red Spot on Jupiter, or perhaps even rings around Saturn?
