Processor: i7 4930k
MOBO: Sabertooth X79
PSU: Corsair RM 850 Watt
Ram: 16GB Kingston HyperX
GPU: GTX 760 Superclocked
Memory: 2TB HDD + 128 MB SSD (SSD will more than likely on hold Windows)
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate.

Looks good to me, I have very similar specs
my only worry is the GPU, as I have the 670 and I've heard the 700 series isn't too reliable.
But other than that sounds great! You also might want to consider using SLI to prepare your rig for future games.
