What does 'SIMOO" mean on a bazooka practice round?

A friend has an old practice round for a WWII bazooka. On it is stamped the word or acronym SIMOO. Anyone know what it means?

    Simulated inert munition = SIM. I do not know what OO stands for but Bazooka sounds like a good guess
