I found a way to get the old layout back: Go through Y!A Canada! Does it work for anyone else?

That US version is supposed to be for those that want a more sophisticated format. But I'm with you. I ain't that clever. You can take the US version and prefix it 3 different ways.

ca. for Canada

au. for Australia or

uk. for England

I've never been able to really figure out the US version. I think it is supposed to interface with Facebook better, maybe. It kinda reminds me of the US Affordable Health Care Act. People were already affording what they wanted to afford. 1/ 3 of the hospital beds in the Northern most USA have Canadians in them. But someone decided our health care was broken. Go Figure?

The Canadian site is much, much easier. I was perturbed when, on the US site, I would I would work up an answer and go back to edit it before posting. As I corrected my typos, my answer would go poof! It was nowhere to be found and I would have to start over again. I also found that here, when I report a violation, it gets taken care of right away.

I have always considered the Canadians to be special people- my dad was one and so is my husband; Now I, too, feel like a Canadian - and I am proud of it!

There are two what you call lay outs. One is International Everything yahoo.com United States English and the Other is English yahoo.com To get English yahoo you have to go to United Kingdom or Canada English or any other yahoo sites that are english.

Most users do know that already.It is not just with you, many many users are using the Canadian site.
