What do you do on your 21 birthday?

What often happens is one is encouraged to consume a lot of alcohol, now that they have the legal right to do so. My advice is to go easy in that regard.

For me 21 was anticlimactic, I had just gotten out of the Army 2 weeks before, having spent over 2 years in Germany where any 18 year old can drink. I think on my 21st I bought a 6-pack of beer and drank it with my friends.

I've seen so many people who have gone out on their 21st, and drank way too much, and felt oh so sick later, or even got in big trouble because they were drunk. If you do go out and drink, be smart about it, don't drive if you are drinking, and really you have lots of time to drink in your life, no need to get blasted right away (or ever really).

I went out to dinner with my boyfriend at the time, his mom, my mom, and some close friends. It was pretty boring, I wish I had gone out with just girl friends and gotten really drunk but that boyfriend I was with at the time was like the no fun nazi so that wasn't allowed.

Go celebrate in Las Vegas, NV! That's what I'm going to do (i also live there tho lol). There's a ton of things to do. You'll have a good time.
