So I'm a junior and there's this guy I like and he is a senior. Even though he has made it very clear he doesn't want to be in a relationship with anyone, he always finds a reason to talk to me, and plays with my hair and stuff.he also compliments me and its all making me very confused. He doesn't talk to any other girls except for the ones that are in his group of friends, and I don't know what this means. I really like him and I just need advice.

He made it clear he doesn't want a relationship so it looks like he just wants to fool around. You could subtly flirt with him and see what he does
