How to be less nervous when I'm lying in bed with her?
We haven't had sex yet, just a lot of kissing and cuddling in bed. She's the first girl I've ever done this with, and my heart pounds all night and I can't sleep. She's told me that she wishes I could sleep better when I'm with her, but I really don't know how to get over it. She also says I tremble when I kiss her. I've asked her if all this is a turn off, and she told me it's not, but I know it bother's her in some way. It's also extremely embarrassing, but I get an erection pretty much anytime we get intimate, and I know she has noticed, but she hasn't said anything. I feel like having sex would help, but we've only hungout a few times and I don't want her to be uncomfortable with me and think that all I want is sex, because I really don't. We have talked about this and come to the conclusion that if we hungout more it would hopefully go away, but I don't want this to be a problem that I takes a long time to get over. If you guys have any advice or tips, it would be much appreciated.

Have you guys discussed anything about sex yet? Obviously you find her sexually attractive and vice versa. But typically if you're in bed with a girl and you guys are kissing and being intimate, she may be waiting for you to make a move toward 2 base or something of the sort. It's hard to tell without knowing how old you two are, but if this is the case, next time you guys are in bed and kissing, start gently rubbing her breast to see if she stops you or not. If she doesn't then start kissing her on her neck and find a way to get your mouth down to her nipples. Slow, nothing fast. You just want to get her to react to you to see how far she wants you to go. It seems to me she may be a tad older than you. But a woman will let you know how far she will and won't let you go, and she'll let you know trust me. You'll be fine, if you drink, get a glass of wine or something to relax you. Not a lot, just enough to calm the nerves. Good luck, keep me posted.

I get a bit shaky when I'm with a new girl for the first few times, not as bad as you. But I'm just nervous as does she want what the land one liked ect. I wouldnt just jump into sex get into 2nd and 3rd base with her a few times to where your comfortable seeing her naked and you both feelig each other.
