Has any ever had to make a complaint to Thomson Travel?

There is only one line you can use on Thomson page on the computer. I have sent 4 messages over the last 6 weeks with no answer from any one of them,sent a letter to Head office,been to the shop I booked my holiday and left a letter asking them to forward it to their HO.Have been in touch with ABTA explaining my complaint and received an E Mail from them quoting 6 misdemeanours I would be obliged if anyone can tell me if ever they have had trouble with the said company

    Thomson do request that any complaint is made within 28 days of returning from your holiday and, in any case, to make your complaint known to their representative or accommodation manager whilst on holiday. They then ask that you allow a further 28 days for them to investigate the complaint. Further information with phone number can be seen in the attached -
