Please help??????????????

My parents put a lot of pressure on me to take hard classes because they thought it was the most important thing you could do for college. I couldn't keep up with the work lode though and ended up with a bad gpa. It is junior year and I'm trying hard to fix it. Last term I made honor roll.

Weighted gpa:2.6

Unweighted: 2.2

Sports:Tennis

Member of:Youth group and girl scouts

Volonteer: Every year girft wrapping at santas corrner

once a month making meals for elderly

once a week at an occupational therapy horse farm

I'm enrolled for classes to help with sat scores and I'm trying my best to bring up my gpa. What else can I do? Do you think I can get get into a good college? I want to be an occupational therapist.

If you can't get into a "good" 4 year school, consider community college for the first two years. The classes are smaller, teach the same content, they are cheaper, and you can make good grades there too. Then you can transfer to a 4 year school to finish up your degree.

Drop tennis, it's not going to take you anywhere. Also, volunteering doesn't make you stand out. If you take hard classes then you have to put in the time. You also have had to sign off on taking the classes so don't blame your parents for being a retard.
