Brother Hesekiel is talking about legal immigration only which doesn't come close to the amount of illegal immigrants here, and many may be allowed to stay. The answer should be to enforce the current laws concerning immigration, and to secure the border.

America's immigration is strictly controlled by a quota system. The US admits slightly over 1 million new immigrants per year, and has been for decades. At a population of 312 million people, that's 0.3% or one third of one percent, hardly a flood. If you add 0.3% of apple juice to 99.7% of pineapple juice, you'll hardly be able to tell.
I don't know about Malaysia. Frankly, I didn't even know that they have uncontrolled immigration.
