Can stem cell researchers make perscriptions?
Even if theyre not surgeons, or anything that has to do with other types of doctors? Plus, and answer me on this most importantly... what are the best majors a person can take in college in order ttowork in the foeld of stem cells? Is it Biomedical Engineering or Medical Laboratory or Medicine?

i think you may have got in a bit of a muddle
a prescription is the recommendation of a qualified clinician of a course of drugs (medical doctor, dentist etc...)
at stem cell researcher is a translational research scientist, they have little or no interaction with patients and therefore would never be asked to write a prescription
stem cell work requires mostly genetic manipulation techniques - look for courses around molecular genetics or biotechnology
