Help! What should I make with this ground turkey? Please read details!!?
I have to have gluten free and my husband has to have low carb ( sad we have these dietary restrictions already when we are just in our mid twenties) and I have 1lb of ground turkey and I don't know what I should make. I have already made chili but I don't know what else to make because here is the deal, my husband doesn't care much for ground turkey so I need a recipe that will mask the flavor if you know what I mean. I am deathly allergic to avocados :( and my husband doesn't like diced tomatoes (they have to be crushed or sauce or paste). Please help! Thank you much :)

You can make a stuffed meatloaf with the ground turkey. You won't need any breadcrumbs, but you will need a couple eggs as a binder. You will need a small onion, parsley, and a poblano pepper. Cut the onion and pepper to a very small dice and you'll need about a half cup of minced fresh parsley. Incorporate all of this into about 2 lbs of ground turkey along with some of your favorite dry spices such as garlic powder, oregano or Italian blend, dry mustard, paprika, whatever you have on hand. Add several dashes of Kikkoman gluten free soy sauce (it has a blue label) and a 1/4 cup ketchup or a few tablespoons tomato paste. Blend all of this into the meat and mix very well.
Now comes the stuffing part. You will need swiss cheese (the kraft sandwich slices work best here) and sliced ham (sandwich slices). Line your kitchen counter with 2 large pieces of plastic wrap and place the blob of spiced ground turkey on it and shape it into a rectangle that is about 3/4 of an inch to 1 inch thick. It should look to be about the size of an average cutting board. Put one layer of swiss cheese over the meat. Leave about 1 and a half inches of meat uncovered on one side. Then cover the cheese in one layer of ham. Then roll the meat into a loaf by carefully lifting the plastic wrap and rolling the meat so that the cheese and ham are inside the ground turkey. Pat and shape the meat so that there are no holes or seams through which the cheese can escape. Place the loaf into a baking dish and top with some ketchup. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes to an hour. check for doneness.
It makes an awesome presentation, it's full of flavor, and totally carb and gluten free.

Recipes.com or do a web search.
Personally, I would make chili. Brown the turkey meat, breaking it up. Drain any grease.
Add a half each finely chopped onion & bell pepper, at least a tbsp. each of chili powder and paprika, a little cumin (that's the heat) and at least a tbsp. of the garlic in olive oil. Dump in a can of Ro-Tel tomatoes & green chiles and a similar sized can of tomato sauce. Tweak the recipe to taste.

You can make meatloaf or some type of turkey burgers. Have the burgers with a gluten free bread/roll.

You can make turkey meatloaf or meatballs, since you can't have breadcrumbs use mashed potato flakes instead, season well and it will taste fine. You can season with lots of sage, celery salt and black pepper and make it taste like breakfast sausage, serve at breakfast with eggs, no gluten or carbs.
