Is the Christian God a little confused?

Has a plan.

Gives people free will.

Doesn't like what people do with their free will.

Gets pissed off.

Goes on a rampage, floods, destruction of cities, etc.

Sends his only son to Earth.

Has his son killed because someone got tricked into doing something.

Is he a really bad planner?

Update:

@Reconstitute America

Why does an omnipotent all knowing being not know that man will mess up his plan and act accordingly?

Why is so much death and destruction needed?

Update 2:

@john b. loved

"I find it amusing that when people fail to find answers in life, they assume it must be God's fault."

Yeah so do I.

    No, you are a lot confused.

    Has a plan.

    The plan is perfect man messes it up.

    Gives people free will.

    Freewill is the only way true love can be expressed otherwise we would just be robots.

    Doesn't like what people do with their free will.

    That is called consequences. You get in trouble with credit card debt and you expect the Banks to just let you off the hook?

    Gets pissed off.

    It is called righteousness. Understand the relationship of light and darkness, they cannot coexist.

    Goes on a rampage, floods, destruction of cities, etc.

    It is called justice. Sin must be dealt with

    Sends his only son to Earth.

    That is called Grace.

    Has his son killed because someone got tricked into doing something.

    That is called Atonement. Without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sin.

    He doesn't want to be a dictator so He gives free will. He says these are your choices you choose. But this is the results from this choice and this is the results from that choice. Blessing or cursing. Life or death. The choice is yours. And any flood or destruction was for the good of the earth. To rid it of evil. I look around at our world today and I see so much evil. Yet God has not taken action (yet). And It makes me see exactly how evil the world must have been to deserve to be cleansed. The bible does say the wickedness of man was great on the earth and that 'every intent, or imagination,' of the thoughts of his heart was only evil 'continually.' But even so He has had a plan since before time began (creation) and it has been going like clockwork. Happening just as He planned when He planned so I would say that makes Him an excellent planner.

    We need someone to blame when things are going bad. You are only telling bits and pieces and some of what you are saying is not true. If you are going to charge God with being confused at least have all the facts and tell the whole story not the parts you want to support your confusion.

    He has feelings, giving us opportunities to come back in a loving relationship with Him, that He becomes angry is understandable considering the mess we make of everything coming our way

    No. God is an explanation made up by people with a poor comprehension of reality for the purpose of emotional comfort. God fits almost perfectly into that scheme. He is not confused, but exactly what we wanted him to be. Because he is all knowing and all seeing.

    No, the people who wrote the Bible didn't know what contradictions were.

    Don't forget this same God is supposedly loving but let the holocaust happen.
