Get some pork, drop it in there. Pour in a can of dr. Pepper. Put in about half a bottle of BBQ sauce for 3lbs of pork. Let it sit for about 7-10 hours. Put in the rest of the BBQ sauce and I like some pineapple juice. Let it sit for 15 more mins then take it out and pull it apart. Wait another 30 after you pull it apart. Now put it on a pan or grill for only a minute or two and broil them. Make sure not to make them too crispy. Enjoy your delicious Cuban style pulled pork.

Why, yes, I do. For pulled(shredded) pork, buy a cut known in the United States as a Boston butt, well trimmed out. Season it well all over with a dry rub. Here are ten popular versions of the dry seasoning rub used for pulled pork here in the U.S.: http://bbq.about.com/od/rubrecipes/tp/aatp042607a....

Pop the meat into your slow cooker, put on the lid and cook it on the high setting for at least four hours, on on the low setting for eight hours. Do not remove the lid to examine it during the cooking, as you will lose both heat and moisture. When your meat is fork-tender, remove it to a large cutting board or pan and shred apart with two forks, one in each hand, discarding bones and excess fat.

To serve on sandwiches, we would then chop the shredded pork a bit and pile onto toasted buns, with barbecue sauce served on the side to add as desired. Cabbage slaw is good added to the sandwich or as a side dish.
