Xbox One, Wont Turn On Properly?

I just got an Xbox one last night got home set it all up, and everything was fine till i tried to use my Xbox, when i turn it on the Xbox logo plays and then it just go's to a picture of an Xbox one controller with the flashing Xbox logo on the controller i have try everything to try and fix it, i don't know if's it's broken or what? Any help would be good please.

    It's the set up process , you have to press and hold the same icon on your Xbox one controller as what's on your tv screen.
