    I prefer the morning as I feel very energized after a great work out. Plus, it's done with and I don't have to worry about working out in the evenings when I'd rather have my 'down time' and relax.

    Morning is the best time to do exercise in gym. Most of the people go in evening also but morning is the best time. I always do yoga in this time and it really make my day..!!!

    whatever that suits your schedule and would allow you to continue working out without taking any frequent unwanted breaks from working out due to a hectic schedule or time crunch.

    Remember working out regularly is necessary and not the time !

    in the morning..... !! and do it for 1 to 1 and half and hrs
