Fastest tank in the world?

So the world record of the fastest tank in the world is listed as the S2000 scorpion peacekeeper with a top speed of 82 kph but the M18 Hellcat could do 89kph. Surely the world records wrong then? Is it because the M18 is a tank destroyer or something?

    yeah，i also wonder the answer. there are so many tank in the world. and many of them are marked as the fastest. but the fastest should be only one I think. I heard that M18 "hell cat" tanks are the fastest tank in the world war 2. its speed is up to 96.56 km/hour.
