F4 Tornado in Washington, IL?

I live about 12 miles from Washington, IL which had 1400 homes destroyed by an F4 tornado last Sunday morning. We also had damage to East Peoria and Pekin and other communities. It seems to have brought out the best and worst of people.

The shards hadn't even settled on the ground before looters were out picking through the rubble to see what they could steal.

The Red Cross and other agencies were out as soon as they had access and hundreds of volunteers were out in force. People have offered homes, money, vehicles, furniture, comfort, warmth, generators and whatever could be thought of to the precious people that survived.

Volunteers have come from across the nation and I want to publicly thank everyone who offered help, prayer, comfort, money whatever was needed. This is what America is all about. Helping each other! Thank you everyone.

Update:

I didn't ask a question, simply making a comment. Sorry for the breach. I originally put "This isn't question in the subject but somehow it got left off".

Yep Tornadoes happen whenever cold dry air meets with warm moist air, which it was unusually warm prior to that (I live in St Louis area)
