Trying to order off online?

I heard that kpoptown and yesasia were good sites to order off from but when I tried kpoptown for some reason my debit card didn't work with their site and when I tried to set up a paypal account it said I needed to link my actual bank account and debit card ( i thought it would be just debit card) so I didn't do the paypal thing yet. I am about to see if I can order off of Yesasia and I was wondering if it was safe just to use my debit card instead of paypal (since I don't want to link my bank account) or what.. Thanks

It should be safe. However, you'd be advised to use a credit card if possible. Credit cards are subject to more consumer fraud protection than debit cards. A quick and dirty Google search doesn't turn up anything indicating it's a scam. All things considered, you can never be sure you're financial data is not being abused. You sometimes have to settle for risk to get a good price.

Paypal is a very good option because they nearly always side with the buyer in disputes.

I'm not sure about kpoptown, but yesasia should be safe. If you don't want to use paypal, credit card is another option. But personally I prefer paypal
