What can i do to make myself dunk?
I can grab rim off of two feet with one hand but i want to be able to dunk. What should i do? Im 6 ft, 17. Also what would my vertical be? I can get my palm to the rim which is 4 inches above the rim. I believe i have around an 8 foot standing resch. Probably like 7ft and 6 inches.

If you're only 17, you still have time to grow. There's no theoretical vertical based on your height, as little guys like Spud Webb could dunk at only 5ft 7.
What you should do to improve your vertical jumping is to start doing plyometric exercises. Look it up, they are essentially jumping exercises developed to improve power and agility. Many basketball and volleyball players do plyometrics to jump higher. Forget about the fancy shoes that claim to help you add inches. It's the explosive power you develop from training.
