Theres this pretty girl i personally know. I used to like her friend but that tragically screwed up. Am i just entertaining her/ text buddy? I dont know if its everyday but when we do we could talk for hours. I remember last week she and i had a convo that lasted for 6hours. We dont live close so we text. I would date her but im not all lovey dovey over her. Its just that i dont see why we talk so much. She starts the conversation like 70 or 80 percent of the time. We somehow always let the convo keep going. I would just stop texting out of no where only to get a text later how shes now mad at me because i stopped texting her. I like her but i dont have a crush on her. I have other female friends and i dont know if girls do this. Only girls i liked who knew i liked them i ever talked to this much. Wver since august i was using the card to buy mainly clothing and some games for my twin brother and i. We had completely thrown out a good 90 percent of our clothes because my mom would try to pick up cheap clothes. Im not snobbish, but the clothes never fit us. We didnt go ahopping in since lile freshman year, we are seniors now. So i got us shoes l, t shirts, long sleeve clothing and from time to time i bough a videogame. At the end of each month i alwayd informed my mother how much i spent. This added up over 5 months. It really got my grandma mad. However my mom says shes been paying it off. Well my grandma seems to have misinterpreted the statement. At the top of the 8 page list it says overdue balance of 2500. My mom did say shes been sending payments. However when my grandma adds it up it adds up to like 6400. I think she is adding up everything that was bough since august. But is forgetting that most of it is already paid off ao thats why she still thinks we owe 7000.

senior in high school and im really trying to pull everything together. My biggest issue is doig what needs to be done. I just let assignments go until its late. Even worse i failed my math test. I got a 33. I take AP calculus AB. My teacher emailed me saying he wants to discuss my future in AP calculus. I know this just his fancy way of saying how he is going to try and get me to drop the class for my own good. But i dont know. I hate failing I dont even know how i can explain this to my dad. He alreaffy thinks im super lazy and i dont want him use this against me. Normally ill play videogames but im going straight to the books. I really want to stay in the class so i have to start stufying regularly now. The topic seemed so easy and i miserably failed. He doesnt give partial credit either i think. People think im lost but he speaks so sophisticated its impossible to understand. I have a dummies book that really simplifies it. Hes a good teacher but im like "?" For the whole class

We are pretty close. I used to like her friend befor things tragically went downhill but shes always been there to help. We mainly text since we dont go to the same school. Here are the signs i get

1. She starts most of the conversations

2. She enjoys messing with me by playfully fooling me

3. Ahe gets mad at me when i randomly stop texting her

4. Just last night she said she was sleepy at 9:30, she gets up at 5 am for school, but we talked until 11:30

5. I know she doesnt think im ugly lol

6. She says she feels like she can tell me anything and i dont judge. She tells me the modt private things. Im talking like things only a girl will tell her girl best friend

7. She doesnt mention other guys. She only told me about this cute boy that she thinks is a player but thats it.

8. Everything is just so smooth and natural. We dont have awkward moments and we can talk forever.

I feel im either dangerously in the friend zone or things are building up.

my dream is to go as far as basketball can take me. I didnt make varsity this year but I never give up. I cant and I wont. Dont see a reason too. Each year I get cut I see guys who i feel i have surpassed make it. but I cant dominate in front of the caoch. I plan on going to a D2 school and hopefully be a walk on then transfer to D1. My mind is already set on that. For the most part, there are things I am good at and things I could use plenty of work on.

dribbling- I can kind of dribble. I even mix a few of my friends up whenever we play. However when I watch some of my favorite dribblers like the harrison twins, austin rivers, cp3 etc dribble, its like comparing a the handles and ball control of a center to a point guard. if you have ever played 2k and tried doing moves with the center you would know what I mean.

strength- probably my biggest issue. Im 6 feet and weigh like 155 pounds. I have really skinny arms and legs so i do get tired pretty fast. although im skinny i have a gut. i dont know why. literally my arms and leg is just with some tissue around the bone. I really dont have much muscle at all. due to this im afraid to drive because if someon jumps into me it, i cant still maintain control of the layup.

defense- now in my opinon im pretty good at defending people. even people with crazy handles. the only reason people still score is because since they are alot faster they can go right by me and since im weak they send my body out of the way and get an uncontested layup. usually i know what people are going to do on defense. im more focused on keeping up with them.

shooting- im starting to become more consistent with my shooting stroke but it still isnt there yet. even before tryouts all the other guys noticed how much better i got. however when the tempo is picked up i tend to jump and almost hold the ball to long before i release. i need to get it more fluid like. but shooting isnt the main problem. its just being more consistent

passing- how exactly do you become better at this? I watch alot of hoopmixtape and see a bunch of crazy passes but you cant replicate those in a game. I can even do behind the back passes but how can i get better at this?

footwork- i know that if i improve this, faking people out when i dribble will be alot more easier

layups- is there a trick to getting better at them and making more contact layups?

I think thats it. Overall I believe I have the potential to be really good, i just need to get stronger and faster and jump a tad bit higher so i can start dunking. Will builiding up strength give me better handles. I practice a lot but dribbling just feels weird sometimes because im so weak and at times the ball hits the off part of my hand instead of hitting my fingers where its suppose to.

also dont just say practice practice. I really took the time and thought about each aspect and really want an in depth anaylsis and some knowledge please.

Truth is not good at basketball. Im decent. Its weird to explain. I can dominate, i have a good jumpshot and i can finish at the basket dont get me wrong, but i just "feel" like i can be so much better. I feel like i can be great. I think and imagine myself dropping 20 points everyday several times. I always feel that even when i look at people who arr better than me now, i have a higher ceiling. Sometimes i feell ike i have no right to be so areogant since im not on that level. I truly love the game and only get a little nervous playing against others who i know get more attention than me. Sometimes ill use the pistons, trail blazers, etc. i use alot of teams. But im having trouble. If shootingg isnt going good ugggh!! Some games go good, some games are great. And others are a disaster from the start due to other players cheesing. How can i properly play inthis game

I play on virgin gaming and these ******* are annoying as hell. Ti just played a guy who scored 40 out of 48 with durant and westbrook. Awkward trhing is, EVERY TIME i play the thunder these two guys and sometime jeremy lamb score AT LEASt 90 percent of the teams scorig. Its just westbrook charging into the paint or runninng an iso so theres no help once he starts charging and durant starts making the most contested shots. On top of that even when i do contest them they want to do that kcik shot to make the ball go in. There is no point in me playing on ball defense beause all i see is the pg charging past me. But i hate people who play off ball just to rack up steals. What do i do about this?? What team can stop them

she got a credit card bill for 10 THOUSAND dollars. or 7 i cant remember. Crazy right? She immediately attacks my mom and blames "her children" (my bro and ) because thats what she does. Im rational and find this rediculous. This month has been the LEAST I used the card since august so how could there be a 7500 increase? In fact my mom said she payed it off. I didnt even use the card. I tried to but I couldnt either! It was already maxed out! I only bought a pair of shoes and some long sleeved shirts. My mom asks me if I did it and I say no. Then my grandma wants to treat it like how whenever something goes wrong, we deny it and our mom is wrong for always defending us. I always tell my mom the purchases i make. Well guess what, the bank calls and tells her that it was FRAUD. All the money will be returned. My problem is how she immediately attacks us for anything. AND SHES STILL COMPLAINING? for what? we didnt even do anything! Youre getting your money back so what now? No. Somehow we are still to be blamed and she looks for little things as the answer. For example she thinks because I used her card number online to pay for a bra which I bought over a YEAR AGO that somehow someone got the credit card number and decided to use it now. -___- You see the irrational B.S we are forced to put up with?

So basically, she thinks that somehow because we use the internet to pay for things online, like alot of people, someone out there in the world somehow got ahold of it. My sister is in rehab due to a friend scamming her and sending death threats as an anonymous person and my sis did everything to give money, even sold drugs. She even bought a 1300 dollar macbook on my moms credit. She couldve given her friend that card number. I dont know. Maybe the bank just made a mistake! Plus we are moving to the day and age of technology. I wont be surprised when you have to pay your bills online in the near future. I know some like to be old fashioned. but even then Im sure someone could steal your info. Now she wants to cut up credit cards, cut this persons name, find out about a purchase made a year ago like it means anything. Even my dad had his card used wihtout his authorization by some deuce in russia and my dad always drive sto the bank and pay there. These things happen. Just file a complaint and get your money back. Did i do something wrong or is she overreacting as usual? I really was scared for a moment because i felt i somehow purchased something but then again i would know if i spent over 5 grand that FAST. I was really nervous for a moment. it all happened randomly. i dont blame her for getting rid of the card or changing banks or w.e. But i think all the drama, arguing, and pointing fingers is unneccesary since no one did anything to cause this. The only time I used her card it was for ebay and paypal. I have Hundreds of things using these accounts. Never had a problem with the amount owed. But somehow she thinks that because we use the internet, its EVILLLLL.

Hes been diagnosed with anxiety snd depression. We constantly try to help him but he does nothing to help himself. He just watched cartoons or uploads vids to his youtube channel which is wuite popular. He doednt study at all but then freaks out and gets all depressed when he has a test and at times at all costs tries to avoid taking it. On top of that, he dowsnt even prepare for his SATs. Im lucky because im "naturally smart". I underdtand where his laziness comes from. But i really try to talk to him on a doen to earth level. Its like he knows he has to put in work but he doubts himself, doesnt think he can handle college, and my mom just keeps pushing him because she has this dream where all of us go to college and become doctors/lawyers. My dad understand my bro to some extwnt is full of crap but he wants him to know he has to work to achieve things. My bro doesnt do anything and gets all depressed like living wasnt meant for him when nothing good comes his way.

We are 17 1/2. Seniors in high school. I care about my brother deeply, but im resllyl concerned for him. Hes kind of a hypocrite. We grow up in a "dysfunctional home." Just to focus on him, he has been diagnosed with issues such as depression and anciety and he sees a phsychologist every now and then. My only problem is that my brother is kind of full of crap and wants people to buy into this. For example, he says he has anxiety and gets nervouse taking tests. I take harder classes than him but you dont see me complaining. Plus he doesnt study much at all. He spends hours recording videos for his youtube channel. My thing is, if youre not going to study, dont freak out and get all depressed because you know you are going to fail. Hes so sensitive. When ever he does bad at something it breaks him down. He doent get that in order to get the things he wants, he has to put the required amount of effort.

Im 6 feet, 17 1/2 and weigh 155. My growth has slown down alot i must say. Sometimes it picks up though. Heres my growth since 9th grade

9th grade: 5'7

10th grade: 5'8.5

Mid way through 10th grade: 5'10.5

11th grade: 5'10 3/4

12 grade: 6 feet.

Based on my body, im still not done with puberty. In terms of facial and body hair, i could still be considered a premature teen lol. My voice isnt deep, i have long arms and legs. (6'4 wingspan) my mom is 5'9 and my dad is 6'0. My twin is 6'2. My dream height is 6'2 or 6'3. Just to add in, i have a cousin, who im the spitting image of and hes 6'4. Lol im just wondering, considering we look so similar, is it possible i could grow to be 6'4 like him. My doctor says i should be at least 6'1.

I got cut from freshman, jv and varsity. Im a senior but my dream is to play pro-ball. I personally know most of the guys on the team. There all good but not omg good. But at tryouts, at my school alot of people brlive that the coaches already make the team prior to tryouts. We dont even scrimmage during tryouts. Its just a bunch of drills. Is this how tryouts are suppose to be? I got better at dribbling, shooting etc. i could be the best shooter on the team and they would never know. Just trying to make a point. We practiced pick and rolls, did painful defensive slides, did full court plays, free throws, and passing drills. I manage to do all the drills without looking like a clutz buy i dont see how i could make team doing this. Dont get me wrong, alot of people think im good. I consider myself ok but needs workBut at my school its impossible. My plan is to keep training and tryout for D2 ball than transfer after a year or two to D1 if i do good enough. Is it still possible?

I can grab rim off of two feet with one hand but i want to be able to dunk. What should i do? Im 6 ft, 17. Also what would my vertical be? I can get my palm to the rim which is 4 inches above the rim. I believe i have around an 8 foot standing resch. Probably like 7ft and 6 inches.

I want to play college basketball but i know i need more muscle. Im 6 fert and only like 155 pounds. I should be at least 170. I kind of have a gut. I dont know why. I have a low weight, in fact my gym teacher told me my body fat percentage is 19.1%. My arms and legs are all skinny. If i flex i have abs. Why do i still have a gut even with a low weight? How can i put on muscle. My goal is to put on 20 pounds of muscle by May.

Im not sure. I dont have a cold. No stuffy nose, headache, throat pain. All the pain is centered around the inside of my ear. If i move my jaw around it triggers a little pain. I think it may be inflammed on the inside as well. I cant stick my finger in my ear and if i try it hurts. If i pull my ear lobeor the the top of my ear then it hurts the inside also. I was listening to very loud music but i literally do every day. My left ear is totally fine. If i bite down it hurts also. I did get some water in my ear from a shower a few days ago. Other than that i cant think of an explanation for this pain.
